Hey do twist tie sculptures count? I know they are not even close to compare to pipe cleaners, but is there a rule for it?
Good question! I'll say that you can submit your twist tie creation to the "other" folder, since it's technically a piece wire with something on the outside of it (just not fuzz like a pipe cleaner). I'll have to add something about that in the rules when I have more time.
